How to make homemade Ice cream!
Severus: 1 person.
Ingredients/equipment:
- 6 tbsp Salt (table salt)
- 5-6 cups Ice cubes
- ½ dark blue top milk
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- Large ziplock (storage size)
- Small ziplock (sandwich size)
- any flavours you like (for example cocoa, choc chips)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- A spoon each
steps/ methods:
- Grab the small ziplock bag.
- Fill it with milk, caster sugar, vanilla essence and the flavour you want.
- Close the small ziplock bag.
- Now grab the large ziplock bag and half fill it with ice. Then put the salt in it.
- Close the large ziplock bag and shake it gently then open it up.
- Put the small closed ziplock bag in the large ziplock bag and close the large ziplock bag.
- Shake the large ziplock bag for 5 minutes. Then open the large ziplock bag and check if the lce cream is hard. If not put the small ziplock back in the large ziplock bag then shake some more.
- Shake until the milk mixture has become ice cream.
- Then take the small ziplock bag then open it up and enjoy.
- Tip out the ice cubes and salt and leave to melt.
