INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups Flour
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 ¼ cup Milk
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Lemon rind ( optional)
- 1 ½ cups of blueberries. cna use fresh frozen or canned. If using canned berries drain them first.
METHOD:
Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
- Mix all ingredients together until combined and moist do not over mix as this will make the mixture tough and will not rise evenly.
- Spoon mixture into well greased muffin time or use muffin paper liners
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes
- Once cooled dust with icing sugar.
Oh, Chloe I wish I had this recipe last night, as I made some muffins. I hunted for a good recipe but this one seems much more simple and yummy compared to the one I followed last night. Beautifully clear and precise instructions, and I am very impressed with the imperative (bossy) verbs you used in your method.
